We offer registered charities in England and the UK a reduced price website design service. There is no VAT.
Most websites are fixed price designs and we offer three types of service:
Quality Web Design Service for charities who wish to take advantage of our charity discount and yet still have a website with more sophisticated design features such as image galleries, hover text that appears when thumbnails are hovered over, rotating images or personalised navigation.
Budget Web Design Service for charties that are happy for a simple, attractive design in a style of their choice.
Cheap (Template) Web Design Service for charites that are happy for us to adapt one of our templates.

Whilst the above fixed price website designs apply to the majority of charities, we
reserve the right to make an additional charge (to be agreed with you in advance) for particularly long
pages or particularly complex designs. If help is required in writing the words for the website, then a charge for this (typically £25 per page) would have to be agreed with you in advance.

Our normal hosting fees are given below; for registered charities in England and the UK we are often able to offer discounted hosting.

Website Changes
Once your website is live, we charge £20 per hour for website changes - again this is a small reduction from our normal fee of £25 per hour. A Content Management System (CMS) could enable you to make these changes yourself and so reduce these ongoing fees.
