At Unique Websites, we offer a small business affordable website design (or redesign) and affordable hosting. There is no VAT.
Most websites are fixed price designs and we offer two types of website design services: our normal Quality Web Design service and a Budget Web Design service for customers who need a professional web presence but have less money to spend. We also offer a charity web design discount.

Whilst the above fixed price website designs apply to the majority of customers, we
reserve the right to make an additional charge (to be agreed with you in advance) for particularly long
pages or particularly complex designs. If help is required in writing the words for the website, then a charge for this (typically £25 per page) would have to be agreed with you in advance.

Website Changes
Once your website is live, we charge £25 per hour for website changes.
Payment Terms
We ask for a deposit before creating the designs.
Once the design has been agreed, we ask for a further deposit before we begin coding.
We then ask for the remainder of the fees before the website goes live.
