At Unique Websites, we offer a small business affordable website design (or redesign) and affordable hosting. There is no VAT.

Whilst the above prices apply to the majority of customers, we
reserve the right to make an additional charge (to be agreed with you in advance) for particularly long
pages or particularly complex designs. Depending on the amount of work involved, if considerable help is required in writing the words for the website, then a charge for this would have to be agreed with you in advance.
Domain name registration costs £10 for 2 years (.co.uk and
.org.uk domain names) and £10 + VAT for 1 year (.com and .net domain names). This is cost price to us.
Payment Terms
We ask for a small deposit before creating the choice of designs. This is refundable if you can honestly say you do not like the designs (this has never happened!).
Once the design has been agreed, we ask for a further (non-refundable) deposit before we begin coding.
